Submission of any form, resume, task assignment, or test on this platform does not constitute an offer of employment or internship. It is merely an expression of interest by the candidate to initiate the screening process.
- Absolute Discretion: ZikRme reserves the exclusive, absolute, and unilateral right to evaluate, shortlist, accept, or reject any application at any stage of the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- No Automated Rights: No candidate shall claim a right to a job, internship, stipend, or certification simply on the basis of filling out a form, passing an automated quiz, or submitting a project workflow.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Code of Conduct & Communication
Candidates are expected to maintain professional decorum during all communications, interviews, and assessments.
Any attempt to manipulate the application system, spam recruitment forms, use unauthorized automated scripts, or harass ZikRme team members, HR, or interns on external platforms will result in immediate permanent blacklisting from all current and future openings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZikRme, its founders, directors, employees, or tech team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:
- The candidate's use or inability to use the career portal or forms.
- Technical glitches, form submission failures, or loss of application data via automated scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script errors or server downtimes).
- The rejection of an applicant or termination of the recruitment process for any position.
Exclusive Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This section governs any legal dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the recruitment process, or your use of the ZikRme Career Portal.
Modifications to Terms
ZikRme reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms & Conditions at any point without prior individual notice. The updated terms will be active immediately upon posting on this portal.
